Hand-braided challah from my home kitchen — mixed in small batches and baked fresh on your pickup Friday, not days ahead.

Each challah bakes to about 1.5 lb — a full Shabbat-sized braid with a soft, enriched crumb and a golden egg-washed crust. Classic, savory, and sweet options below — all baked fresh on your pickup Friday.
